全般的に綺麗で、広くて、子連れ大家族に最高な場所です！ 備え付けの調理器具や設備も他には余り例のないくらい豊富で、何日も滞在しても良いなと思えるくらいでした。 改善点としては、手前の和室が洋室に比べて薄暗く、照明を明るくするか、床の内装を新しく替えて欲しい感じがありました。 無人ですが、電話での施設とのやり取りも時間外でも丁寧に行って頂き大変助かりました！

今回は11人で利用しました。まず清掃できていない。新建材の匂いがして気分悪くなるし、埃が多く子供も大人も咳がとまらなくなり、目もかゆくなり最悪でした。床はベタベタして気持ち悪いし、隅々に埃が溜まっていて掃除機をかけなくてはいけない程。ゴキブリやいろんな虫が家の中を這い回っていて気持ち悪かった。とにかく宿泊施設の管理が出来ていなくて、家族旅行の宿での楽しさも半減しここを選んでしまったことを後悔しました。キャンセルも出来ず、料金も安いわけでわなく、口コミも良いのに…何を基準に宿を探して良いのかわからなくなります。こんなに期待を裏切られた施設は初めてです。
