● Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $55 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
● There are 2 units on this property. This unit is in the front. You can park on the right side of the driveway (up to 2 cars). Please don’t park on the left side.
● There is no backyard.
● Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
● Washer & Dryer for 30+ days booking only.
● Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
● Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.
● House is older and bath room is not brand new. There is a cord extension for the fridge in the kitchen so please pay attention/ It's schedule to be replaced soon.

Winter notification:
Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
