Horrible place to stay. There was literally a mushroom coming out the bathroom wall. Also, terrible service to check in. Problems with the toilet. Dont stay here

I was in the area for a 2 day conference. Hotel was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. I’ll definitely be a return customer if I’m back in the area!

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable sheets were extremely soft. Breakfast was OK. No pancakes or waffles. Only negative issue was a slow drain in the bathroom sink Not very much interaction with staff to Judge them by. But they seem nice.

Didn’t plan on staying an additional night in Oklahoma City weren’t it for an extensive airline delay. I was pleasantly surprised that a room was available for reservation literally an hour before I checked in. Everything about the hotel was top-notch including staff, food/beverage offerings in the lobby, in-room amenities, and free hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel was literally my savior during a stressful time in my return home.

I have stayed at this property numerous times but won't anymore after the property manager refused to take action after the ironing board ruined a new $130 shirt. The cloth protecting the mesh board was not thick enough and even the cool setting of the iron imprinted the mesh pattern onto my shirt. There are plenty of options around the airport to stay, so I won't be staying there again.
