Poor management policies
Don’t stay here. They have a policy of placing a hold on your credit card for an exorbitant amount. We paid about $200 for the two night stay… but they held $250 for incidental charges. What can you possibly spend $250 on at this hotel? I guess we could buy about 65 pints of ice cream. A ridiculous management policy! It is now almost two weeks post stay and they still haven’t returned the $250 our credit card!

We arrived VERY late, after 1am, but front desk lady was great. She got us checked in quickly and was friendly. The breakfast bar the next day exceeded expectations as well with chocolate waffles, as well as many other options. Very clean and nice. Great price!

Great staff. The Expedia representative booked my room incorrectly and was trying to make me pay extra to correct their error. The manager at the hotel was very kind and understanding and let me stay the additional night in the same room at no extra charge. I would recommend not using a third party to book at this hotel. It’s really not much of a difference and will save you a big headache.
