Hardwood floors. Modern amenities in a Cozy historical building. ONE mile away from Downtown, Restaurants, Major hospitals, and museums. The studio is bright and sunny in a 1917 building, with original hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances.
I will be there only when you need me as we understand that guests value privacy and safety.

Oklahoma City’s cozy Midtown community is located just north of the central business district in downtown OKC. It features shopping, restaurants, bars, and many professional services. Midtown is known for its historic preservation, local and independent merchants, as well as diverse, welcoming neighbors. Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, and museums.
Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of the bike. Stocked refrigerator and courtesy bar. All cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable apartment in great location
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In our opinion, the most important qualities of a rental place are that it is clean and quiet. These qualities were met 100%. Also important are location and good internet. The apartment is only one and one half from the nearest streetcar stop. One can also easily walk to downtown. Several restaurants and coffeeshops are only a few blocks away. The internet was reliable (except for one brief time, which was promptly addressed and fixed) and fast. Over the years we have stayed at quite as few rental places and this manager is probably the most responsive one. The only, minor, negative that I can think of is that the shower pressure is a tad low. We highly recommend this apartment.
