Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
No TV in the apartment. Includes a full-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. You have front-door parking access. Coin-operated laundry in the basement and access to the coin-op laundry on request. Free use of 1 bike. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

-There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.

-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
