The Neighborhood:
The home is located in Central Park neighborhood, but its proximity to the Historic Paseo Arts District is one of its best features. The adjacent neighborhoods were developed in the early-to-mid 1900's.

Today, the Paseo is home to 22 galleries and more than 80 vibrant artists all within walking distance of each other on the curved, two-block street that has maintained it’s Spanish revival architecture with its original stucco buildings and clay roof tiles. Intermixed with the galleries are several restaurants, art schools, boutiques and other businesses.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, and sugar.
Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 pet (dog or cat) is allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $40/pet/stay fee.
