This hotel could easily be a four-star property if the Management group that owns the hotel would stop trying to cut corners over simple things that make for a great guest experience. For example, making sure that the spare bedspread that's folded in the closet DOES NOT have dried blood stains on it.👿 Second, our room was complete with a separate bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom with tub and shower and two separate closets. I don't know why the management chose not to provide non-stick cookware in a kitchenette that is complete with a full refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. There were two thermostats provided one for the living room kitchenette area and another one for the bedroom that has a locking door separating the three areas. As I stated earlier this could easily be a four-star facility if the management would pay more attention to the small details of their customers experience!

It was excellent! Bed was extremely confy! Fell right to sleep when my head hit the pillow! Front desk girl was very friendly! Very close to my medicle appt. in the morning! Love the price for a suite! Ill stay here every time I have to come to Okc!

The hotel was clean and staff was very kind. They offer a shuttle service into Bricktown for free until 2:30am! It was great to be able to have a couple of drinks at dinner and not have to worry about driving back.

Everybody was super helpful and we were super surprised to find a little kitchenette in our room -- full sized fridge, stove top, microwave, DISHWASHER, and even some dishes and utensils! We did have some trouble with our room keys one day but they fixed it easily. I accidentally forgot my watch after we checked out and when i talked to the front desk he said that he would contact housekeeping to look for it and call me back. They found it and were willing to mail it back to Tulsa for me. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a continental breakfast but the free shuttle into/from Bricktown made up for that!

Nice and clean place to stay!!!
Was not what was pictured when I got there!! They were very accommodating when we could not use the shower the next morning and gave us a new room. Everyone was very nice and helpful and if I asked for anything they would make sure I had it!
