It was a little bit dirty in and around the property. I didn’t see any bugs but it looked a little unkept. I didn’t feel incredibly safe. I was alone and was uneasy with the surroundings. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but not great.

I checked in on Christmas evening, I was supposed to have a suite. The room was for my adult daughter and myself for Christmas to visit with my oldest daughter and her family in Oklahoma City. The first room give to me was a queen size bed, I went back to the front desk and complained that I was not sleeping with me adult daughter than they gave me a room with 2 beds but need ed to have numerous repairs, I should not have been charged for this room, I have submitted pictures for this room. The excuse I was give was they failed to schedule housekeeping for Christmas. The next day I was given a suite but not the suite that was shown in the pictures of the suite I was lead to believe i rented with the private bedroom. The breakfast was not the best as it was never completely full.

Dirty, sheets all wrinkled, door to the laundry room was left open and we almost bailed on this reservation because of the filth in the laundry room sheets just crumbled up on the shelves and floor, entire 3rd floor smelt like weed.

Property is very dirty. Holes in the wall. Balcony was not clean. Curtain rods are bent. Doors are filthy with liquid stains. Lobby and elevator smells. Photos do not match the actual property. My reserved room was given away to someone else. And I was supposedly given an upgrade, however that is concerning seeing the condition of the room we are in. Would not recommend.
