Welcome to our cozy home in Helm Farm! We're minutes from Western & Classen Districts, shopping, Paycom Center, top hospitals, the OCU Campus, and The Paseo. It's perfectly central for exploring OKC!

Our 3 bed, 1 bath home sleeps 6 adults w/2 queen bedrooms & a private study with a full-size pull-out sofa - with blackout curtains. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ideal for families and adventurers

The space
Welcome to our charming historic home, built in 1909! It’s a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. We’re constantly making updates to ensure you enjoy a cozy, stylish stay, all while preserving the home’s unique character. Though the outside reflects its storied past, the inside is fresh, inviting, and ready for you and your loved ones to feel right at home.

Your stay will be completely private, with access to the entire home (aside from a locked supply closet for the owners' use).

In the back, you’ll find the Carriage House, a private residence. While parking is shared, you may catch glimpses of the friendly neighbors coming and going or grabbing their mail—but don’t worry, they won’t interrupt your stay.

- 1 Bedroom with a comfy Queen Bed
- 2 Bedroom with another cozy Queen Bed
- 1 Private Study with a Full Pull-Out Sofa (we’ve got a guest supply with plush bedding for the sofa bed, so everyone’s set!)
- 1 Full Bathroom for all your needs
- A Cozy Living Room to unwind
- A Large Kitchen to cook up your favorites
- A Coffee Bar to fuel your day (We have a few Keurig pods and some fresh coffee grounds to get you started)
- Laundry & Mud Room to keep things fresh
- Dining Room with space for 8, perfect for meals or game nights

For our tiniest guests, we’ve got some fun games and toys to keep them entertained during your stay!

The area is walkable to the Western Ave District and it’s very easy to navigate around the city.
