This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel. It was absolutely filthy. We had no trash can in our room so the clerk gave me a huge trash bag. There was body hair in the sheets. The smell was rancid! When we checked out, i told the girl up front we were leaving due to the conditions of the room. She literally asked me if I was leaving because of the smell!! I told her yes, among other things. She said we never should have been put in that room. I will be asking for a refund on this awful facility.

We have stayed 5 days and did not have any room service until the last day and after talking to 3 people from the hotel. The tables not clean for breakfast and ants are all over the table and side wall and window in the breakfast room.

Exterior very clean, interior dated. Room had damage, shower drained very slow and would get 2 to 3 inches of water in it. Beds were comfortable, rooms very small and cramped. Breakfast was the same thing every day. Probably wouldn't stay here again. 😕

The staff was extremely friendly. They were so nice didn’t matter what time of day it was you always had someone at the desk giving great customer service hotel was decent needed a little bit of upgrades, but nothing too bad. The continental breakfast was fresh. I have a recommended the staff made our trip. Amazing.

I stood at the main entrance for 20 minutes before even being able to get inside to check in to this hotel. I had to contact hotels.com support to finally get in touch with the facility to be let inside. The guy at the front desk said it was due to homeless in the area, but I never saw any homeless. There was something nasty and crusty all over the arm of the chair. One of the beds had a dirty spot on the sheet(it was crusty, not a stain). One of the towels in the bathroom had something on it that looked as though it had been used and not washed. We killed a roach in the bathroom on the 2nd(last) morning. We were in OKC for a large event and had already paid for room, otherwise we would have left and found another place to stay.
