Staff was rude, bistro closed at 10am so no coffee available after getting in at 2am AC was working but had parts leaning up against the wall. Door latch would stick, sliding glass door hardly opened. We should have changed room but the location was good and it was only 3 nights so whateverAlso the key cards would deactivate a lot.

No Sofa Beds Here!
Hotels.com incorrectly labels the 2 Queen rooms as having a sofa bed and the hotel itself has not correct that misinformation. Our girls had to share a bed because there's definitely not a sofa bed and we hadn't gotten an additional room since we thought there was a double sofa bed.

The staff were excellent. It was my birthday and they had a birthday package of snacks waiting for me in my room. The facility inside was clean. But that is the only good things I can say for this property. The shrubs had not been maintained in months, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a month, there were dead trees on the property. The pool furniture looked like it was 30 years old. The whole facility needs a major upgrade!! One of the reasons I chose this facility was because it was a Marriott courtyard, but this is certainly not up to Marriott standards.

I was most disappointed by their breakfast. The option to purchase breakfast was misleading. I purchased breakfast for 4 people but realized once I arrived at the hotel that I bought a $20 voucher to purchase breakfast items. That wasn’t enough considering their overpriced food items. The bistro didn’t have much to offer, they had a couple of items unavailable. The pictures of the amenities online were a lot better than in person. The hotel didn’t have any towels available at the pool. When I asked the front desk if towels were available at the pool, the front desk clerk looked over at another employee and asked him, his response was “I don’t know”.

Extremely disappointed. They refused to take out trash and make beds daily eve after telling me that they would. The plug by the sink was out the whole time we were there. They supposedly put a new one in but it was dirty and scraped like it has been used alot and the plugs were very loose. When we got back from a day out our room was closed but the door was unlocked. We got it fixed on our own so when maintence came they were very rude and kept saying we probably didnt have the door closed. Front desk in the afternoon was also rude. They gave us a voucher for a meal and told us we could use it during breakfast or dinner. We tried to use it for dinner and they said they put it down as breakfast because the maintence man never told them when we wanted to use it. Went to use the voucher for breakfast and they were out of almost all of the options for kids and adult meals. It was a really disappointing stay. I will not be back.

The only problem I had was actually finding the property. Google maps was a little confusing and I drove around the place twice because there’s no sign on the actual building that says Courtyard Marriott. I think the only sign on the building is Bonvoy?

There was no hot water in the morning for room 229. Before booking the room, I checked that there would be shuttle service from the Courtyard to airport beginning at 4 am daily. At check-in, we requested a shuttle to airport at 5 am. There was no driver the following morning. Luckily we could take Uber at an extra cost.
