Meh first impressions
Upon check in i found out that they did not have tap to pay. This forced me to use a form of payment I did not want to use for this trip. Also the A/C system did not work in common areas. The lobby smelled bad. The smell varied by day. It either smelled like industrial cleaners or a litterbox the next. Overall the room was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean.

Was easy to get Shuttled to Hotel from Airport! Only a Phone call away! Next morning after a nice Breakfast was able to be Shuttled to off site Car Rentals; returned to Hotel to check out with my luggage (Noon check out there, too) Very close… 3 miles from Car Rental. Loved the Convenience … made for very relaxing stay while attending a Family Reunion! I WILL BE BACK!

The pool was nice but the shallow end was pretty rough on the floor. It was also freezing cold water. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. We were really hoping for biscuits and gravy and they didn’t have that today. Our room was large and comfortable! Which was great!

We checked in. The clerk was friendly enough. Got to the room. No TV remote & the fridge was not useable. Had to call clerk, he brought another. He said he turned it on, but that was questionable. He offered another room, but we declined, since it was almost 10pm, and we had already unpacked our belongings. The sink did not drain well at all.

Wow breakfast was quite a variety and lasted from 6 to 10, with a very helpful hostess. Rooms are clean and my whole surroundings felt very safe. They also provided 24 hour shuttle services that prided themselves to being on time and made sure all your needs were met. Then there was coffee, tea, iced water with a hint of fruit, and cookies always available. Was very pleasant.
