Over all it was a good stay. Just don’t like the fact they didn’t come to our room to clean at all. We didn’t get clean towels the second day. We stayed there two days

Checked in at 11:45 pm. Wi-Fi didn’t work in room. Had to call front desk for code. A load noise next room over every 10 minutes like from mechanical room. Notice on mirror said they would only service rooms every other day. Really. Pirices are up, services are down. Breakfast was available for $12.50 per person. Same breakfast you can get at any hotel for free. Ok hotel but very pricey for what you get.

Won’t ever stay there again, for sure
Checking in was fine but that’s where it ended. The place had a foul odor and all we heard was “flush your toilet, run the water and shower for 5 minutes” because several guests complained of the same thing. The WiFi did not work. I tried the login/password they gave me and I called the front desk (same person who suggested running the water) and got an alternative login trick. That did not work. When I called again I was basically told that I was the problem. FYI I know how to use tech enough to know what to do and shouldn’t have to run back to the front desk to get the same result. Again, I was told that several other guests had the same issue, so it wasn’t just me. We brought back takeout and wanted to eat in the unoccupied breakfast area that was adjacent to the bar. The bartender grunted that I couldn’t eat there so we had to move. Once we relocated and starting eating some teenagers were screaming and carrying on. Then another guest was extremely upset with her partner and walked through the lobby cursing at high volume. Another employee was upset with his hours/schedule and came out complaining to other guests about it in the pet area (which needed a good cleaning). The front desk associate was busy doing her hobby in plain view which should have been done elsewhere. No shampoo, no body wash in the installed containers. Other than that, it was ok.
