Complicated
Apparently the owner is the property manager too…she was cleaning the places herself and was hard to get a hold of the day of checkin, but that rendered itself….the place is older…the toilet moves back and forth, there were soo many lights burned out, including the outside lights which made coming home late uncomfortable being that we were 20hrs from our home..the second night, there wasn’t one parking spot for us…the bed frame was broken, the freezer was completely frozen over and we realized after the 1st night that the fridge wasn’t working and we had to throw out the milk as it had spoiled…the owner couldn’t get a maintenance guy out, so the fridge remained broken…we asked to be able to leave and she was kind enough to refund two nights and we got a hotel…no fees or discounts were given above that…disappointed to say the least and it was unfortunate…it’s needs some updates and designated parking like the other side of the duplex has…

Somewhat disappointing
The property was exactly as advertised however with the outside temperature at 35 we were very disappointed to find that there was no central heat but that the small unit in the living room did not work well. We had to sleep in our clothes to keep warm. Also the mattress on the bed was very old and uncomfortable and sat very low to the floor. We are both 60+ so getting out of bed was a challange. Lastly, while towels were provided there were no wash cloths and no additional blankets.

Book Trip
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious and very well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed walking around it and just sitting on the front porch. I would love to stay here again.
