Great yet sketchy surroundings
The room itself was cozy! The Ac did it’s best to keep up with the 100 degree heat, stayed comfortable though! Don’t outside after 10pm, lots of wanderers! Bring all important items inside and lock your car! Never had an issue but better to be safe than sorry!

Meh..
The hotel itself is nice, clean. The management not so much, they were very unwelcoming and rude to me on several occasions. The breakfast was your choice of 2 cereals or oatmeal packets, dry bread for toast, some kind of little bite size cinnamon roll things (not good), or waffles that tasted funky. The area around the hotel is absolutely absurd, homeless people literally crawling all over that area 24 hours a day fighting in public or kept asking me for money or cigarettes every time I stepped outside. Was afraid walking to the 711 across the street that I wouldn't make it back with my stuff. In a nutshell I don't plan to ever stay there again.

Immediate surrounding area is a little sketchy but hotel was clean and friendly. Ant issue in coffee / juice area.
