The space is taken care of and it was a comfortable sleep. Something to consider is that the airport shuttle is not 24 hours, and though I had intentionally booked for the free shuttle, it was not available at the time I needed it.

After 2 dirty bathrooms one room that was so cold they finally switched us and then putting us in a new room that had no fridge or microwave like the previous one. We were so tired we just went to sleep. It was not a clean hotel and definitely didn’t care that we didn’t get what we paid for.

Dirty stained sheets, towels had a brown crust on them, no clock , no coffee for coffee pot, no ironing board. We paid for 3 days but checked out the next day after arrival and can not get a refund for 2 days we didn't stay. Will never go back to this hotel or it's affiliates. Will not use Expedia again.

I liked the room layout. The bed was very comfy. I had a problem with my door lock. Turns out the day desk person programmed the wrong expiration date. The night desk person figured it out and fixed it.

The area around the hotel was not very nice and the hotel it’s self was nice but the first room we checked into smelled like weed and the room we stayed in the door to the bathroom would not open and close right. Overall the place was clean though and we enjoyed our stay.

I had just checked in and checked out of my initial booking through hotels.com with the creeps. So maybe I was already looking with a keen eye at all the cracks and corners and walls for similar signs of creepy marks. The Radisson was by far better cared for. Still, you wonder about the little drips and stains. Maybe a bi-year deep clean would suffice? But as I said, my Radisson stay was far superior than the one I came from for a mere $9 more per day. I would return!

My first room did not have a working TV or mini refrigerator and the bottom of the shower was so dirty I had to wear shoes inside. The second room I was moved to was missing the mini refrigerator and the toilet would not fill with water so I had to pour water into the back of the tank for it to flush.
