I booked through Hotels.com. When we arrived we were told by Quality Inn employees they never received confirmation by Hotels.com so our booking didn’t exist. Hotels.com charged my card $460 but we had no room.

So so hotel

Hotel is under construction and needs it badly. Although the room was clean, it was very outdated. Room temperature was not very cool and the thermostat did not work. The young man that checked us in was very kind, but the rest of the staff was not very friendly. Not sure if we will ever stay there again. Will definitely need improvements

Too many things didn't work... key locks on the room and facility didn't work properly. As a result, the back door was left unlocked most of the time. Lights over the sink and tub were out. Some TV functions didn't work. The exercise room was closed during our entire stay due to renovations.

Property seemed to be 1/2 way on a 1/2 way remodel. Shabby carpet, upholstery in room was very worn, hallway lacking baseboards, room smelled musty, bathroom missing vanity lighting. It was overall clean and the staff was pleasant. Location is convenient. For the price I would not stay again.
