The hotel itself is pretty standard for a downtown Sheraton in a metropolitan area. The staff was great. Valet was very helpful, though I thought a little pricey. Best part about this hotel was definitely the location. Right in the middle of downtown OKC and close to Bricktown. Was able to walk to everything quintessential to a first time trip to OKC. Also, felt safe on my solo trip here. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the property, the convenience, the food at the hotel, really everything. But, the mattress in our room was not comfortable. Both my wife and I didn't sleep well on it, and woke up sore the next morning.

Staff was very cold during check in. Wasnt greeted or welcomed in just straight to whats the last name. Was told during check in that my king bed reservation was in a pet friendly floor, for someone that is highly allergic to pet dander that was unacceptable so my wife and i were forced to a double ned situation, not the greatest experience for wedding/newlyweds.
