GREAT! Except, found four roaches in bath area. Otherwise room was exceptionally clean. expect the bugs might have been hitchhikers with a previous guest.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was tasty and staff kept the kitchen and dining area clean. Nice, quiet, and clean room. The carpets need to be updated but overall it was a good place to stay as we attended a concert and museum exhibition in OKC.

The hotel was new and pretty clean. Our room was as expected. We only stayed the one night. What drove me nuts was the concrete factory next door. Every time a truck backed up you could hear the BEEP BEEP BEEP! All night long…

My stay at sleep in.
The coffee was always out and not really hot coming out of their thermos. So apparently the staff was not aware. Trash dirty plates and other trash at some of the doors going to outside. Pass keys not working at many of the access points. No water or towels in fitness room. Doors not operating in great condition/opening/closing. Toilet seat very loose and moving when you sit. No wash cloths had to ask to get them. Had reservation for another person which did not show up in their system. Ironing board fell down and iron was not working correctly and had to ask for an ironing board to begin with. The business type chair in the room had arm rests that were chewed up. What else; a lot of stuff that people don’t like. Also a lot of people hanging around, probably homeless people didn’t feel good about it. I was going to stay another night, but after all that no.

This place was very nice for the price we paid at a pretty last minute reservation for an weekend event. 4 stars because the shower water made a mess onto the floor that couldn’t really be contained with the slide door bathroom.

The check in is confusing because there are two hotels combined and two hotels combined across the street. So four + hotels all sharing a little hot tub and little swimming pool. Lots of construction that started at 7AM Sunday morning. Hotel had a strange smell from the moment we walked in. Probably won't stay here again.

Good rate, pretty nice room
The only thing I wished was different was there wasn’t a counter in the bathroom. We were in an accessible room so I’m not sure if the others have one but it was pretty nice.
