⭐️ About this property:
● Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $100 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
● Location: It's a single house, a brand new property.
● Parking: The property can accommodate up to six vehicles. Two parking spots are available in the garage, and there is also driveway parking in front of the garage. Street parking is also available.
● Backyard: The backyard is fully fenced.
● Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system.
● Laundry: A washer and dryer are available. There are also two laundry areas.
● Additional Fee for Grill: We do not provide a propane tank. If you wish to use the grill, please inform us 24 hours before your check in time and pay a $150 fee. This fee covers the propane tank, as well as cleaning the grill before and after your use.
● Hot tub is an additional service with a fee of $100 for booking under 3 nights and $150 for booking more than 3 nights. (This extra fee is for cleaning after use). Please inform us at least 8 hours in advance if you would like to use it so we can prepare.
