The people were nice however my room had an awful odor. It was a musty smell and I had to go to Target and purchased fabric spray, disinfectant and Lysol. It was not good..the room.

Lovely family weekend
From check in with Liz to check out Liz our experience was fantastic. This easy access hotel was located within many walking stores. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were heavenly. I loved how the toilet was separated from the shower. Only negative thing I can say is the pool is small😁

It was a nice stay, room was clean the hotel was clean. Only problem the plug in the bathroom didn’t work and the coffee pot didn’t work.

We were very disappointed woke up and the whole floor was wet clear to the bed the air conditioner drain it stopped up and had leaked so we weren’t very impressed. Went to the front desk. Explained it to him was not offered any type of discount just was told sorry we’ll get maintenance up there Man, come up had to get a shop back, but we were still in the room

Our accommodations were good enough to sleep in, but I was certainly expecting better. The shower in our room leaked horribly. We had to use every towel in the room to soak up the mess. The next morning we left around 10, and we expected our room to be restocked and cleaned while we were out and about. When we arrived back to the hotel around 8pm, it was exactly the way we left it that morning and we had no clean towels. We called down and asked for more towels and about an hour later they finally brought them. A couple of the outlets didnt work at all, and some worked but were very loose when something was plugged in. The bed was so uncomfortable, my husband and I both felt like we had been beaten up due to how hard it was.
