It’s an unsafe dump
This place is a total dump. I was unable to get a refund as I booked through a third party. First, it’s in a terrible part of town. We saw crack heads and hookers all over. The property is filthy and run down. They require and $50 CASH deposit, ‘you get back if the room isn’t trashed’. No outside lighting, outside access, just an unsafe and undesirable dump. We left, stayed at the holiday inn express. Pro tip: there are several reputable hotels a couple miles right down the street for maybe $10-$15 more. I had to eat the price of this reservation, but now you don’t have to. Safe travels my friends.

This was our first time staying here, as it was a last minute decision. Called and spoke to Tammy, to inquire about a reservation, she was very helpful. After arriving, Juan was at the front desk, for check in and check out, and had exceptional public relations service skills. Great communicator. Will definitely stay here again.

Did not stay front desk gentleman was rude and closed out my registration. He lied and said he tried to charge my card and it declined which I have no transaction for. I had left my id and told him I would return. When I did he said he had cancelled my room as I had taken too long. and that is also when he claimed to try charge my card and was declined so he said. He is a very negative front desk worker. and will lose money because he didn't even off me another room. even thogh on the website he still had many available

Staff was nice and room was relatively clean. Mattress was not very comfortable, faucet on tub was fused to where you could only shower. Breakfast is just waffles, oatmeal, muffins and two cereals. There is a large homeless population nearby. For the cheap price, you get what you pay for.

The escalators of the building behind the restaurant was really dirty just clean deeply for your next guests- a lot of people who probably hadn’t a room was walking and staying around, unsafe

The area was super sketchy. Lots of homeless and illegal activity going on in and around the hotel. You can tell they try to keep this away. But if it wasn't such a busy weekend in OKC with all the softball madness we would have found another hotel. So many places were sold out we couldn't find anything. Only positives were the water pressure in yhe shower and location to the softball fields we were playing on all weekend.

Lots of sketchy behaviors are happening at this property. Constant flow of substance users walking around. A car exploded in the parking lot while we were there. Absolutely disgusting. Found dead beetle in the room couldn’t confirm if it was a bedbug. Scary place! Dirty, smoking, illegal activity.
