Disgusting!!!! Plumbing doesn’t work, hair on towels that are supposedly clean, dirty water from the tap and in the pool. And snippy pool bartenders who charge different prices for the same drink plus treating you like a criminal If you bring a bag into the pool area. Carpets not vacuumed. It’s disgusting and pure trash.
This property is very convenient. Has easy access to restaurants. Two pools makes it very nice. The clubs and the bars are very convenient and easily accessed the staff is very friendly and professional plenty of parking clean rooms and always a good time . Lots of shopping within walking distance
The first room smelled of cigarettes and had been remodeled a bit, the second room had not been remodeled (since the '80s) and was also smelly and only had one bed although we had requested a double queen room. However, we didn't go for the room, so I must say, the pool was refreshing, and the plantings were nice!
Not necessarily the hoteld fault but I had a few issues with my room (from the gentlemen above me). But the hotel staff fixed it quickly and did a great job.
It was a busy weekend, the front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed. The girl at the desk didn't mind telling you she that. There has been a tremendous improvement in the property since the new owner has been remodeling the property. The new bars look great. We were speaking with somebody in the lobby about how wonderful the place looked and didn't realize we were speaking with Steven, the owner. He has done amazing work with the property, and he's not done yet!
Place has been going downhill for years. My room hadnt neen updated in years, the blanket had blood on it, the bathroom was half painted, out of toilet paper and moldy. They now charge extra to get into the pool, the restaurant is gone and they have doubled their prices. Ill never be back.
