Worst hotel visit ever
When I arrived, nobody was at the desk and I waited for over 20 minutes to get checked in at two in the morning. The room only had two towels in it and we had four people. The room offers continental breakfast and they gave us one voucher and the guy told me to make it work. In addition, we had to go get more towels so everybody can shower and in order to get towels we had to return the other towels to get two additional towels, and I sent my son to get more shampoo and a bar soap and they had him waiting for over 45 minutes downstairs and so I went down there and asked, and the guy jumped to it right away. The staff is very rude and not accommodating. I recommend if you are a family not to stay at this hotel. In addition they had a lot of questionable characters.

Booked a room for 2 nights. Our card was deactivated on the second day while we stepped outside. They guy at the desk demanded my ID before he would activate our card again. My wallet was in my room so I didn't have access to it without my room key! They guy was yelling and not understanding that I couldn't get my ID if I couldn't get in my room! The hot tub and pool were "closed for maintenance" most of our stay and when we did get to go the hot tub was so nasty with hair and who knows what else floating around in it. Did not get in! We ran the whirlpool in our room and the water was brown so who knows when the last time it was actually cleaned correctly. The pull out sofa was so broken down and stained up. Don't get me started on the "mattress" on the pull out. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! On our way up the elevator to our room there was a roach. Honestly we should have just left then🙄
