I understand that the staff has to get the rooms ready for guests but if check in is at 3:00 your room should be ready to go by then not after 3:00. But the room was clean and the bed was comfy so I enjoyed my stay

Booked queen beds and got full. Front desk was very dismissive and argued they were not full size. I measured the mattress and they were 6 inches short of a queen size. Front desk admitted lots of people complain but when purchased they were told they were queen. I pd for a queen got mattress that measured 4’6” width.

Check in disaster
Check in was a disaster. They refused to let anyone check in before 3pm. There were multiple wedding parties so at 2:59pm there were 30 people trying to check in at once. It was awful. Not sure who calls the shots around here but they need to review their check in procedure.

While the property was a bit outdated, the facility was clean and the pool was immaculate. The help at the front desk was prompt and friendly. The only complaints we had was the beds were a bit hard and the halls smelled a tad musty.

The place smelled horrible as soon as you walked into the lobby, teh bathroom I was in looked like Mold was on the ceiling, because there was no exhaust fan. I would never stay again. Even for the price.

I had read the property reviews before arriving. They weren’t great, so I was a bit worried. All in all, though, we did not find any concerns. Updates would be a bonus for sure. The lobby did have a musty smell, but nowhere else that we went in the building. The breakfast was easy and good. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
