Nice property and very clean. Polite and courteous staff. My only concern is that the walls are thin and I could hear everything outside of the room and the neighbouring rooms as well. That made it difficult to fall asleep.

The Pomeroy in Olds was charming. Breakfast was plentiful and someone was always on top of keeping the tables cleared and cleaned. The food at Just Jack's was great, although limited vegetarian options. Staff in every area was very friendly and professional. The room we had was very spacious (accessibility room), however it was noisy. Could hear lots above us and of course typical hallway activity.

Customer service was outstanding! However our room wasn't up to par. Hole in our sink so we couldn't hold water to wash up, the light bulb was burnt out. The lighting in the room wasn't great, not enough for a kitchenette room. Cleaners didn't come to do a touch up during the day.

We trave alot and one thing we really liked was the bathroom wasnt only clean but it was agreat. Relaxing bath tub. Most hotels skimp out with bathtub inserts. After a long day showing cattle walking campus etc. To relax in a hot bath and be able to lay back is very important staff was really great and welcoming. Hot tub and piol clean.
