Not great
Room looked nothing like what was online. The entire place stunk like gross food. Check in was at 3 and room was not ready, could definitely tell the maids hurried through cleaning. Lots of construction going on inside and the trim around the outside of my door was missing. I don’t usually complain about my stays but this was a waste of money.

Stayed on a suite. The room was very dirty. Furniture arms were blackened from neong so dirty. Tub was moldy and shower scum. The walls were smoke stained. Peeling and ripped wall paper. We woke to our room smelling like skunk. Terrible

If you're willing to get sick, book here!
The staff was nice. The room on the other hand was NOT. You get off the elevator and get hit with smoke or ashtray smelling scent, the hotel tries to cover it up with air fresheners. As it is supposed to be a "SMOKE FREE" hotel. We walked into the room and there was dead bugs, no light fixture, bloody burgers, and hair all over in the bathroom. The window was open to let fresh air in because of smell. There was holes in wall, the telephones was missing keys, on one of the beds there was a frame that stuck out about 6 inches and you would catch your ankles and cut them up on, hair all over in the sheets and we were getting sick with the smell. We tried to check-out and asked for refund. They told us we had to try and get it back with the company we booked with. Been denied refund because we checked in.

Unpleasant but the customer service was great.
It was not clean in my room. We checked in at 3ish and checked out by 5pm of that same day. We couldn’t stay. It smelt of cigarettes and weed in our room. I had to clean the toilet seat because it was so gross. There was trash in the room. The other guests were being weird

The double beds were too small for two people, the front desk said that was the only beds they had. The property had an off smell, the breakfast sections were not up to the normal AmericInn standards.
