Parking was nice and the room was spacious with a separate living room. The room however was half made. This was the first time i can remember having to make the bed or putting the trash can liners in as well as not having a coffee pot. It was as if someone had to stop half way and didn't come back to finish what they started.

The pool was freezing and no one we saw in the multiple hours we played in the hot tub and at the waterslide stayed in the pool for longer than 5 minutes - from kids to adults. We purchased a small, inflatable pool to fill with hot tub water so that our children could still enjoy our stay without the risks of hot tub exposure or experience of what was basically an ice bath of the pool and splash pad area. On multiple occasions, I was waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes with other guests waiting to be helped. Once in requesting additional towels for our room, another for getting wristbands to the waterpark. We were not given enough towels (three towels for four guests), and our room had dust bunnies. Our toddler son also discovered a broken fishing bobber in the corner of the room that posed a hazard.

Pool area was nice but water in the pool and little play area was freezing which was disappointing because that was the reason we chose this hotel. No one at desk when we walked in, had to wait about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Probably should get a bell or something for people to ring so the employees know someone is needing help. Other than that everything was fine. Room seemed clean and was spacious.

The waterpark water was freezing. That's why we book the hotel, but we had to go find a park to play at because the kids wouldn't go in the water, and I don't blame them. The door handle on the bathroom in our room was damaged, and had a sharp barb on it that could have easily cut someone's hands. The room was also missing the smoke detector and one of the outlet covers.

We arrived to check in around 5pm and were told our room “wasn’t ready”. They allowed us to use the pool while we waited but it was truly an inconvenience to to have one family member wait 45 minutes in the lobby with our bags and the rest of us went into the pool area.

you charge $50 to park there overnight, despite being a guest of the hotel. Additionally, the entire floor that I stayed on (second floor) was filthy and looked like it hadn't been swept/cleaned in weeks. The room(s) that I stayed in were indicative of this filth, as I had to be switched-out of the first one (No AC, dirty, not prepared). The second room was not much better (dirty amenities, dirty sheets, dirty towels). I would not stay here again, even if you paid me.

Friendly staff. Helpful with late night shuttle. So grateful! Somewhat dirty looking inside. Ammenities tout breakfast available and was, (a fairly good one too) but misleads one into thinking it’s free. It is not. Also, Expedia lists the room at a very low rate, but final bill is 3x the listed price.
