The exterior features classic Queen Anne architecture, including a graceful wrap-around porch. The vintage woodwork and moldings give warmth and character to the interior.
There are 2 spacious living rooms and a dining area on the first floor. The 5 bedrooms are all on the second floor. Four of the bedrooms have hardwood floors. One of the bedrooms and the common areas have wall-to-wall carpet.
17 Cedar is nestled in a hill overlooking a quiet residential neighborhood that has many homes of early architecture to enjoy as you explore the area. There is ample off-street parking. If you are lucky you may see an occasional white-tail deer relaxing in the upper back yard under the trees.

Cooperstown All Star Village Dream House!
Amazing location for families and friends.
Colby was the best hostess. Making sure that all the comforts of home are available for her guest. The house was spectacular and perfect for our stay. All the amenities are at your fingertips. I highly recommend this house for its location and comforts. Our favorite time was sitting on the porch and watching the deer and our best friend Patty the Squirrel while we had our morning coffee. With a beautiful front garden and friendly neighbors this is the best place to stay !!
