It is nestled in a side hill with inviting outside covered deck and an open spacious deck. Relax on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. White tail deer may be seen on the edge of the lightly wooded area.

Alana Bertch Cottage is a delightful Cape Cod style home with a welcoming ambiance. Guests enjoy the open floor plan with an easy flow from living area to dining area to kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the dining area to the deck for outside dining and relaxing. Counter seating provides ideal setting for gathering while preparing meals together.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and 2 more bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. A game area on the 2nd floor has a Foosball table for family fun.

There is a New York State Fishing access site just down the road. Your roof top boats can be launched there - great for fishing as well as canoeing or kayaking. Public swimming pools are just a few minutes away in Oneonta.
