The Space:
This stylish apartment is in newly renovated and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The location is perfect right off of Main Street but down the street from "downtown". It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom off the dining room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a full bath off the Hallway. 50" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The apartment is equipped with the Highest Speed Internet offered 400mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Apartment 1 washer/dryer is in a room off of the dining room downstairs. Apartment 2 washer/dryer is located right when you walk in the door. The driveway/lot is shared with Double Play Apt 1 with plenty of room for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. The welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, short 3 minute drive away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Just a short walk to Main Street w/the restaurants and nightlife, gives DOUBLE PLAY an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

DOUBLE PLAY is centrally located between all 3 baseball camps.
