Enter into the main floor with the eat-in Kitchen overlooking the back yard, a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all on one floor, no stairs necessary. Close to Cooperstown All Star Village!
Plenty of space for 5-8 people. Great communication with the owner. The kids played Wiffle ball in the big back yard. The best part of the house was the location to Cooperstown ASV. Quick 7-10 minutes across town. Also close to quaint downtown Oneonta. Older home with upgrades in the kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms.
