The Space:

This stylish house is in pristine condition and offers new vinyl plank flooring downstairs (minus bedroom) and plush carpet upstairs, over-sized rooms and enclosed front porch. "THE BULLPEN" is a two story (fully air- conditioned) 4 Bedroom house with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with 50" Flat Screen TV and two full baths. All bedrooms have queen beds (expect 1 with King bed), dresser, desk/chair & 50 inch flat screen TV’s and one Queen bedroom is on the first floor without stairs.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

Access to the whole property and keys are in a lockbox on the front door. Laundry is on the first floor.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Main Street is just a short walk with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives THE BULLPEN an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

THE BULLPEN is centrally located between both baseball camps.
