They didn't accept our online book and they made us to pay again in cash that night. They didn't help us in any way to find a solution and when we asked for other informations about the city they were not helpful at all.

Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable
