**The HOA and Board of Directors for the Bluewater property has decided to move forward with starting a large scale construction project starting 8/15/2023 - 3/1/2023. The project will be done in phases. The first phase will be for the dates of 8/15/2023 - 9/9/2023. The balcony for the first phase dates will not be able to be used, as well as the balcony furniture will be located in the living room area. Along with this, there will be extreme noise. Including but limited to grinding, jackhammering and hammering.
Starting on 9/10/2023 - 3/1/2023, while your balcony can be accessed at certain times, the construction on property will still be taking place. You can still expect to hear extreme noise. Including but limited to grinding, jackhammering and hammering.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
