Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.

Great Location
Great Location at Orange Beach with a good seafood and breakfast restaurant right across the street. Condo unit is showing a lot of wear and tear. It is being offered for sale and some areas have been updated but a lot is still definitely worn. The pool area is also showing a lot of wear and tear.

Concert Weekend Getaway
We went down to Orange Beach to attend a concert at the Wharf and made a long beach weekend out of it. This property was easy to get to, close to restaurants. The pool was great and I loved that we had access to the other buildings pools as well. Easy access to the beach as well. Our place was clean and we had everything we needed. We didn't cook so can't say much for that. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was furnished beautifully, beach was great but VERY crowded. Only complaints are that there were no blankets and the sheets were like sandpaper. We would definitely come back, just would bring out own bedding

This by far is the worst condo we ever stayed in, we take 2 to 3 trips to Destin a year. This is our first time to Orange Beach. The actual facilities were fine, but the condo was not in good shape at all, and was not clean. I would love to send you all the pictures we took.

Great stay!
We stayed for a week in February. Very clean. Beautiful view from the top floor. We really enjoyed the balcony. Very quiet and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable. One suggestion : we are not familiar with the 3 remotes for the TV & DVD. It would help to have some simple instructions available for their use. Overall, this is truly a great unit and we would certainly return. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ok Stay But Needs Improvement
We stayed for two nights over Memorial Day weekend. This condo looks better in the online pictures than what we experienced in person. Cleanliness is an issue. I can confirm that the broken towel rack and baseboard dust that was mentioned in a previous review has in fact still not been addressed. In addition, the level of dust on the top of the refrigerator door and the other appliances is disconcerting. In addition there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guests that had not been washed. A number of the couch and bedroom throw pillows were very stained and in need of cleaning. The building itself is older and in need of refurbishment as well. If you were looking for a luxury property, then this is far from it. Although I’m not sure there are many in the area that would rate that high. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the patio was nice and well apportioned. We did not need to use the washer, drier, or stove but it was nice having them if we did. The views are wonderful and everyone we encountered at the property were polite and welcoming. Overall our stay was ok. There was nothing that would cause us to leave during our stay, but we would not book here again unless we were sure that the cleanliness issues were addressed.

great little get away
the condo was relatively clean with exception of baseboards and around the bottom of furniture. had all amenities you need. great view. bed was comfortable. could accommodate 4 people just fine but we just had 2. kitchen well stocked. could not get hand held shower head to come on. could have used instructions on what to do with trash and linens with other check out instructions. got very quick response when had to text vacasa. would stay there again.
