This professionally decorated two bedroom and two bathroom unit has great sweeping views of the beach and the gulf and has upscale/comfortable furnishings and art work. The Master bedroom features a king bed with adjoining private bath - your guest room offers two full size beds with adjoining bath and also a brand new queen sofa sleeper in family area.

In the Kitchen, all the major stainless steel appliances have been updated along with fresh white beachy cabinetry. The counter tops are a pretty granite with a stunning stone back splash. Under counter lighting creates an ambiance of warmth and comfort. This unit will become your families favorite Beach destination for many years to come!!! Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to; large Gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Our place was clean and very comfortable. Good seating in living room and a comfortable bed. Only real short comings were the lack of extra blankets during the cold snap this area was experiencing. You also need a car in order to get to any shopping and restaurants.

Spectacular View offset by internal shortcomings
The view was spectacular as expected and provided the backdrop for the desired rest and relaxation. The cleanliness and maintenance on the unit fell short. While a phone message was left and an email sent to the realty company managing the property, they did not correct the items. I will definitely avoid any properties managed by the realty company.

Loved our stay! Views were great. Super convenient to everything OB has to offer. Be sure to pack all amenities for your stay. We were only left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and ability to do only one load of laundry, so we had to hit Dollar General. Also, bring everything you would need to cook - olive oil, salt, pepper (oh, and coffee filters)!

My family and I had an awesome time at the Property in Phoenix X. Our unit was on the twelth floor and the elevators were plentiful and speedy. There were carts and dolly's available for transport for our gear. The accomodations were as advertised. The beach access was great for our group and the cost for the beach gear (chairs and umbrella) was acceptable as well. Proximity to restaurants and stores was good. Flora-Bama is next door as well as Waffle House. We hung out at the beach most of the days we were there. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to get a great condo in a great area on the beach.

Baseball World Series Tournament
We stayed for a week for the Baseball World Series Tournament for our son. The condo is clean and updated. It is close to the Orange Beach Sports complex only about 15 minute drive. The beach and balcony view is beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook including an air flyer and instapot. Flora Bama is right next door so food and drinks all day whatever your preference. The beach really wasn’t as crowded as most places. I guess the only bad thing I could say at all was the bed was a little hard but that is renter preference also, everything else was great.
