SUORA GULF ETUYKSIKKÖ - Tämä yksikkö on kunnostettu kokonaan eikä mikään muu yksikkö Sugar Beachissä ole vertailtu sijainnin, kunnostustöiden ja hinnan suhteen. Kaikki on aivan uutta tässä kauniissa Suorassa rannassa ja rannan edessä sijaitsevassa 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen osakehuoneistossa, joka sijaitsee SUGAR BEACH, ORANGE RANNAN sydämessä! Hemmottele valkoista maisemaa lävistävien valtameren aaltojen ääniä rentoutuessasi tämän täysin uusitun ja kunnostetun yksikön parvekkeelta! Tässä upeassa yksikössä on:

* Täysin modernissa olohuoneessa on 42 tuuman LCD-taulutelevisio, jossa on Blu-Ray DVD-soitin, kuningatar-sohva-nukkuja ja mukavat sivutuolit. Nauti merinäköalasta kun rentoudut tässä uudessa olohuoneessa!

* Rauhallinen Seaside-makuuhuone, jolta on upea näkymä Persianlahdelle, oma kylpyhuone, erittäin mukava queen-vuode, designer-huonekalut ja vuodevaatteet, 32 tuuman LCD-taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Master-kylpy suihku laajennettiin osana remonttia ja sisältää sadesuihkun.

* Rentoudu yksityisessä vierashuoneessamme kaikilla uusilla huonekaluilla ja liinavaatteilla, erittäin mukavalla queen-size-vuoteella, 26 tuuman LCD-taulutelevisiolla ja DVD-soittimella. Pidä tauko rannalta ja katsele elokuvaa tässä huoneessa.

* Gourmet-keittiössä on sähköliesi ja uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja keittiöön avoinna oleva baari, jossa on neljä henkilöä. Keittiötarvikkeet, lasit ja välineet ovat uusia. Ruokailutila mahtuu 4 ylimääräistä henkilöä.

* Täysikokoinen pinottu pesukone ja kuivaaja.

* Kolme Persianlahden edessä olevaa uima-allasta, perhekoko - Kaksi ovat rannan edessä ja sisältävät ylimääräisen lastenaltaan. Kolmas uima-allas on piha-allas ja valtava aurinkoterassi! Nauti uima-altaan kylpylän mukavuuksista.

* Nauti voileipä, välipaloja tai drinkkejä uima-altaan reunalla olevassa Sugar Shackissa, joka on ainutlaatuinen mukavuus tähän kompleksiin.

One of our favorites at Sugar Beach
10th year at Sugar Beach for fall break and first in this unit. Nicely updated kitchen and baths, nice appliances and well appointed kitchen. Put a king size bed in the master and this unit would be perfect. Hope it’s available when we come back!

Fantastic family friendly spot
We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach for several years but this was our first time in 141 and it was one of the best. The view was great and the owners of this unit made several updates that made the stay even better.

Overall the stay was nice. The location of this room to the pool and beach was great and only one floor up, considering the building was down to one working elevator. The condo was furnished nicely and we had plenty of room. The view was absolutely amazing. Few complaints: Being this close to the pool made it hard to sleep at night due to the kids in the pool screaming and playing. The master bed door access to the balcony was very hard to open so we only used the main living area entrance. Some of the fixtures are dated with some mold showing such as the master bed sink faucet and the master shower corners. Sugar beach condos used to offer a trash shoot from each floor however this was not available, now you have to walk your trash all the way to the main hwy. Little inconvenient when your room is on the other side the. Overall it was a nice stay just the condo building itself is really dated.

This is a great spot with a good view! The building on the outside/hallways need work, but the condo inside was clean, very nice, and easy to get to car from park lot. You are steps away from the pools and beach.

Great time at sugar beach.
Parking and check in was easy and convenient. The facilities are a bit dated but get the job done. The condo is very well furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well accompanied for any needs during the stay. Beach access is easy, and the 4 pools make for comfortable swimming when you want to get out of the sand. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place
The communication with the owners was great, accurate with quick responses. The condo itself was updated as the pictures show. It really was a great little place even with our family of 5. (Kids 13, 7, 5) Parking under the building was easy even with a large vehicle. Snack shack was awesome. Proximity to beach was a very short and easy walk. This unit is on the first floor so it is closest to the pool… not necessarily a drawback but it can get a little loud in the later evening. Security seemed to do a good job of shutting it down around pool closing time of 11 pm tho. Bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big enough for us. TV’s in both worked well. Doors to balcony are very difficult to open and close but still worked. Really is a great condo. The only drawback is the property itself. It is older, which is fine, but it needs some proper maintenance. Just a coat of paint would make it feel less like a basement in the hallways. The decks around the pools are in pretty rough shape, felt several weak spots and it needs stripped and resurfaced. Some of the concrete steps were broken, pipes in the hallways have their covers ripped and tattered. It’s the property that caused the one star deduction, not the unit or the owners. Those were both great and we did have an excellent stay! If we come back to Orange Beach this condo would be on our list of options.

We enjoyed our stay. There was some damage to the roof of the balcony, which leaked and was hard to sit out there without getting dripped on. The condo was small for six people which was 4 adults two teens, but for the money, it was everything that was advertised! The weather was spotty all week, so we did have to make plans accordingly. Nothing was really within walking distance, but short drive. I would recommend this condo, the pools were clean and kept clean, hallways, elevators, etc were all cleaned daily. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond!

Beautiful beach front condo.
We rented a unit with beachfront view. We loved hanging out at the porch. Beautiful location, near groceries and restaurants. The building is a little old, needs fresh coat of paint. The unit itself is updated, we had what we needed. Curtains need to be changed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we stayed longer.

Fantastic Condo
This condo is absolutely adorable. From the moment we walked through the door we felt like we were at home. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely appointed. There were even candles, which I thought was a nice touch. The livingroom furniture was clean and comforable. The beds were very comforable and seemed new. There was even a box fan! The balcony has plenty of really nice furniture as well. The only suggestion I would offer is an additional towel rack in the bathroom and a thicker curtain in the master bedroom. We will definitely visit this room again!
