This cozy, gulf front condo is located at Lei Lani Tower condominium on the sandy white beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama. Walk onto the balcony and watch the beautiful views of the sun rising over the beach and the Gulf of Mexico while you're enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Located on the 4th floor, this condo offers a full kitchen perfect for cooking a meal with plenty of seating for dining. You also have access to Lei Lani condominium's shared amenities such as an outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, and barbecue area!

When you aren't enjoying all of the amenities at your condo, take an adventure to the Alabama/Florida state line and enjoy great food, live bands, and even bingo at the famous FloraBama located only one mile away! If you head west from your condo into Orange Beach, you are only a short drive from many great local shops, restaurants, and activities. Don't forget to stop by Surf Style and grab your souvenirs!

Things to know:

Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.

Listing as stated. less crowded beach, easy walk. condo as listed, bed was comfortable but the furnishings were very well used and outdated. older place needs updates. peeling paint, broken cabinets, holes in walls from repairs? did not use pull put couch, but just sitting on couch extremely uncomfortable. elevators sketchy. parking limited to non existent if you arrive late. easy check in and very clean. would stay again.

Wonderful location. The best feature was the balcony an the view. The unit was very clean with great set up for two. To have made the stay a little better some improvements could be made. The sofa is very uncomfortable, and nosey The metal bed frame supporting the mattress set is a serious toe catchers and the AC unit in the bedroom closet is very loud.

The area is beautiful! Alot to do. Crystal clear ocean! The condo was nice but it was outdated. It needs some updates. Some rust on fridge and stove. Bed could use a more comfortable mattress. We kept fighting with TV for cable signal. The view is amazing though. Dolphins fish and played right in front of the condo. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. Temps were little cool at night but days were wonderful. Sand is so soft. Will definitely be coming back to this area from now on!!!

beach time is always a great time!
I love going to the beach! It's one of my favorite things and this trip was no exception. Great location (about a mile from Flor Bama), great view of the ocean. Easy elevator ride up. The place itself is fine & for the money-its a great stay-the bed is a little lumpy ((m 52 I need sleep) & some updates would be esthetically pleasing but all in all I would recommend. I appreciate the stay!

Cleaning ladies showed up to our room at 8:30 on the day we were leaving to clean. Check out wasn’t supposed to be until 10, so we felt extremely rushed. Vacasa, the property management, had trouble finding our property on their end when I had to call them upon arrival. They stated that they didn’t even manage the property or didn’t see it on their end, which was frustrating. Overall we had a great time.

Overall good experience minus a few minor issues like the television set in the living room having to be manually configured each time you turn it on and the AC unit location beside master bedroom startling us at night when it noisily kicked in. Having said that, I would return for a stay here. Again, overall good experience.

The view was awesome. Kitchen utensils had to be cleaned before use. Furniture was extremely uncomfortable. TV had to be reprogrammed every time it was turned on. The balcony funiture was very nice. I will use just VRBO in the future as they 're standards are better. I have better experiences with their managed properties. VACASSA HASN'T IMPROVED SINCE THEY PURCHASED FROM Wyndham

Great Location but Condo needs an update
Condo is in great location and everything was very clean but when we turned on the ice maker the freezer continually leaked on the first shelf of the fridge. The plastic pull out drawer in the Fridge is broken / cracked so everything you open it the shelf would fall down. The couch is old and VERY uncomfortable really needs to be replaced.

The unit itself was very dated, the appliances had rust, the lighting was very dim, the paint was peeling, very low water pressure no light for the balcony, couch was very dirty, needed a good cleaning. No blanket for sleeping on the pullout couch. Had to go buy one.

Booking Issue
The property was fine with the exception of having only one working elevator instead of two. Dealing with the booking agent was problematic. After initially reserving a three night stay we were solicited through email from them an opportunity to stay an additional night at a reduced price. We knew there would be taxes and fees on top of the reduced price, but it was nothing but a ‘bait and switch’ scheme when the ‘booking fee’ was almost twice as much as what the cost of the night’s stay was. Especially since an initial booking fee had already been paid. It was very poor business indeed.
