With enough space to sleep 10, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts 1392 square feet of beautifully decorated interior space to serve as a home base for your next vacation. The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed, flat screen TV and the adjoining full-size bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The first guest room is equipped with two comfortable full beds, a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a queen size bed. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space, as well as a flat screen TV with cable for watching your favorite shows as you lounge around on the sofa or side chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the condo. When you are not out enjoying the area s wide variety of restaurants, you can prepare a delicious meal at home in the condo s fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including an ice maker and Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. You will also have a private balcony with a table and 6 chairs for enjoying coffee or drinks while overlooking the shimmering emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the Phoenix East (not Phoenix East II) front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Great vacation spot
This was a great place to stay, recently renovated and great location. The interior and views looked just like the pictures. Downside: mattresses need to be replaced and you can hear chairs or furniture being moved around on the tile floor from the unit above and that kept us awake at night.

Wonderful location
We are snowbirds who come to OB for an extended period of time in Feb-Mar. During our time, various friends and family join us. We prefer being by the Channel for convenience and access to both Pensacola and Mobile. 2121 Phoenix East II was a wonderful venue. Well appointed and comfortable! The view is awesome for both sunrise and sunset as well as general views of the Gulf and Bay areas. Quieter location which we appreciated. The staff there, and that of @sandsofalabama were friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. Only recommendation is that the wifi needs updating as it was inconsistent and not strong enough for the size of the condo. We will definitely be back!!

Enjoyable Property
The location, view and access to the beach are the key features of this property. The sleeper sofa was not used as the living room is already tight enough with chairs, end tables, the TV stand, and the coffee table. The "living room area" is pretty tight but the property doesn't get bad reviews from me for that as we didn't spend much time in front of the TV. Great stay for 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 12. Would definitely book again.

Unit was clean, fully furnished and had a wonderful view from the balconies. My family and I stayed 4 nights and did not want to leave. If we could have we would of stayed two more nights. The Condo was in a great location. It had plenty of space for us to spread out. View from balcony was very nice and peaceful. Everything was clean except for the dishes and silverware which I’m always cautious of past tenants cleaning standards anyway so I’m not sure that’s the condos fault. Just wash stuff before you use it I guess. The beach wasn’t too busy so that was a bonus also.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our trip. The property location and layout of the condo are very good. Maintenance and cleanliness was spotty. When it was time for bed, we discovered two of the beds had not had linen changed. We turned back the covers to find hairs, eyelashes and worn panties left behind. I called for service and talked with someone, but you are not getting any help at night. We ended up stripping the beds ourselves, and washing sheets an pillow cases in the middle of the night before we could go to bed. Someone did follow up the next day. They apologized. Several light bulbs were out as well. I guess I just expected a little more considering the cost of the stay.

Condo is much smaller than pictures seemed to make it out. There is a keurig coffee maker and a brewed coffee maker. Guest bathroom is tiny. Pillows sucked! Location was perfect and condo was clean. There is a closet on the balcony labeled for beach stuff but it would not open. Lots of noise from upstairs neighbors. Seemed like they were always moving furniture. Balcony was nice.

The condo was really nice. Furniture has been updated with grey couch and a black and white pattern on the two chairs. The view from the balcony facing the ocean is beautiful. The pool was extremely nice, lots of chairs and walking space around the pool area. Everything about the building was nice.. very clean. Ike's chair rentals were available and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Met up with adult kids and 2 young grandkids for a week at the beach, had a perfect visit. Kitchen had all we needed (except metal tongs for the bbq grill-we used forks!). Wi-fi was a bit weak (one family member had to work a bit while there--she made it happen).

First condo for fam
Condo was beautiful and clean with an wonderful view of the gulf. It has an indoor pool and hot tub which my family enjoyed. Also, the outdoor pool is perfect for those with young children which includes a splash pad area. The beach is a little bit of a hike, but we knew that before we went. My only real complaint would be the size of the shared bathroom in the hall. It is a full bath, but very small. The bedrooms are good sizes and it does have two balconies, which is very nice. One for a morning view, and the other one for sunset. We had a great time!
