Elevate your Orange Beach experience by staying in this fabulous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit, located on the 15th floor of the Phoenix East II condominium. With incredible views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass inlet, friends travelling together, or a small family will find it easy to get settled in and accomplish all their vacation goals and beyond! If you're looking to shop around, eat at casual to fine dining locations, or have some fun parasailing or going on dolphin cruises and other adventures, you'll have all of the best attractions at your fingertips during your stay at this lovely condo.

With enough space to sleep 8, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts 1057 square feet of beautifully decorated interior space to serve as a home base for your next vacation. The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed, flat screen TV and the adjoining full-size bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and shower with a corner seat and sliding glass doors. The guest room is equipped with two comfortable full beds, a flat screen TV and en-suite access to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space, as well as a flat screen TV with cable for watching your favorite shows as you lounge around on the sofa or swiveling side chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the condo. Adding to the charm of the unit's living space is an electric fireplace to relax by on summer nights or to help keep our winter guests warm! When you are not out enjoying the area's wide variety of restaurants, you can prepare a delicious meal at home in the condo's fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including an ice maker, Keurig, and Drip-style coffee maker. You will also have a private balcony with a table and 4 chairs for enjoying coffee or drinks while overlooking the shimmering emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable include an indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad for the kids, sauna, and a hot tub! Looking for something a little more energetic? Try working out in the gym, or play a game of tennis, shuffleboard or racquetball with friends. When you are ready to hit the beach, take a quick stroll down the private boardwalk to the sugary sands and enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower to rinse sand off on your way back! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* NOTE: To promote a cleaner and healthier environment, an air purifying system has been recently installed in an attempt to kill airborne bacteria or allergens and to keep the humidity at a comfortable level.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the Phoenix East (not Phoenix East II) front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Great condo
Great condo with a beach view. Clean and well put together. Comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. Only complaint would be the obnoxious group of people that were partying at the pool until 2am one night. I genuinely thought they had a DJ the music was so loud, and the screaming was something else. Being yelled at by other vacationers from their balconies only seemed to make them want to get louder too. Luckily being on the top floor and good insulation helped mute the noise and my kids slept just fine. I’ve stayed in this building before and that’s never happened before, so I’d stay again as long as it doesn’t become a common issue. It really is a great place to stay.

Needs to be updated. Bath towels are old and threadbare. Good location in relation to restaurants and shopping. Not crowded. Video and audio electronics are too complicated. Wi-Fi is very weak. In today’s environment these are very important.

Spectacular location and views right on the beach. Grocery, restaurants, etc are very convenient. The process to check in is more than just a door code, but fairly painless. It does require a separate $55 parking pass payment though.

Love the birds flying by the balcony all day!
Everything was great, plenty of room, clean, but the best was the view of the inlet where all the boats go in And out daily. Bonus was because it’s top floor it must be a convenient route for the pelican, seagulls and osprey. They fly by at eye level almost constantly some are even carrying fish they have caught in the talons.

Great condo, great location. Wonderful views. Quiet. Kitchen stocked well. keurig/blender/crockpot/pots etc. dining table not functional for small kids but not a big deal. Samsung washer/dryer was used daily and was great. Definitely would stay here again!
