Phoenix X 1203 is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath condo that has amazing Gulf-front views from the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four and there are four additional bar stools.

• There is a full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit

• The living area has a sleeper sofa and a large-screen TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a large-screen TV

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds with a TV

• Wireless internet access is provided

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Fun Getaway in Spacious Condo
The condo was exactly as advertised and easily slept 8 friends comfortably. It was spacious and we never felt on top of each other. The property manager was available and easy to communicate with the whole weekend. We all had a great time and hope to be back again. Thanks!

Very nice place. No real issues except a stain on the living room carpet which we reported as soon as we arrived as we didn’t want to be accused of. They acknowledged it and said they were planning on carpet replacement. Also the living room blind for the ocean view would not work-something broke on the line to pull it up. Again we reported that and they were very accommodating and came and took the shade down. These were minor issues that did not distract from our overall experience. We very much enjoyed the property and our stay.

Love the condo the view of the ocean was amazing. It was clean and spacious. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to waves while I drink my coffee. Got to see dolphins coming in and out of the water .qill be staying again .

Nice Place
Nice spacious condo. Maintained well. Check-in was easy and electronic. We love the location next to the Flora Bama that’s why we book at the Phenix 10 even though it’s a bit dated. The dishes and silverware were matching. Will definitely be booking this particular condo again. Saw dolphins and other wildlife from the balcony.

Not bad, not great
The property is nice, however there were a few small annoyances. The property cleans their windows EARLY, so be prepared to hear a squeaking noise around 7:30AM. The cable boxes only work about half the time, the signal kept getting lost. And the water in the shower gets cold very quickly, so make sure if you have a big group to stagger shower times. Dishes were dirty and needed to be cleaned when we arrived. Overall nice space, but definitely needs some improvements.

Amazing Condo
The condo was great and just as advertised but the best part was the people we booked from. They were very attentive, they emailed and texted several times during and after our stay to keep in touch and ask if we needed anything. Two days out of our stay the beaches were flying a red flag due to high surf and they contacted us to make sure we were aware and were safe.
