Silver Beach Condominiums sijaitsevat aivan rannalla Orange Beachissä, vastapäätä Cactus Cantinaa, Dollar Generalia, PNC Bankia, Kiireellisiä hoitoja ja monia muita ravintoloita ja kauppoja! Vaikka et nauti valkoisista, hiekkarannoista, voit vain kävellä kadun toisella puolella mitä tarvitset loman aikana.

Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen koiraystävällinen huoneisto sijaitsee ylimmässä kerroksessa, rakennuksen itäkulmassa. Suoraan vasemmalla puolella on makuuhuoneen sviitti. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, televisio, suihku ja erillinen turhamaisuus. Parveke kietoutuu ympäri, joten pääset siihen makuuhuoneesta!

Kun menet alahuoneeseen makuuhuoneesta, siellä on kodinhoitohuone, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Edelleen on toinen makuuhuone vasemmalla. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, televisio ja pääsy myös parvekkeelle. Aulan oikealla puolella on kolmas makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja televisio. Toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen pääsee käytävästä tai kolmannesta makuuhuoneesta. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Aulan lopussa huoneisto avautuu oleskelutilaan, ruokailutilaan ja keittiöön, missä lasiovet ympäri ovat avoinna mailia valkoisia, hiekkarantoja ja rantoja pitkin kaatuvia aaltoja. Keittiössä on ruoanlaittoon, leipomiseen ja aterioiden tekoon tarvittavat esineet lomallasi. Ruokapöydän ja baarituolien välissä on paljon paikkoja rentoutua ja nauttia ateriaa. Olohuone on mukava, ja siinä on ilmainen WiFi ja televisio viihdettä varten.

Näkymät tästä condo ovat henkeäsalpaavat ja ne voidaan nähdä olohuone, toinen makuuhuone ja makuuhuone. Istu tällä kahdeksannen kerroksen parvekkeella ja nauti ikimuistoisista auringonnoususta ja auringonlaskuista. Vaikka et ole sisällä, rentoudu paikan päällä olevassa ulkouima-altaassa!

Place with Bare minimum

We had a very nice Christmas vacation. The condo was clean, but didn’t have anything like some salt, trash bags, when you come, plan to bring everything from your kitchen. I had to call and have the condominium to fix All the lights by the elevator and hallways. Very scary and dangerous!

Top floor great view

Spacious and clean. Great for pets. Issues need attention: there was no information sheet with gate code for beach and pool entry. The tv’s had weird remotes with no instructions on how to operate, what channels, etc. two towels for the guest bath is a bit sparse?

Beautiful ocean front updated top floor property !

Beautiful and comfortable unit (the beds and pillows were perfect), updated kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful ocean views from almost evvery room, amazing and comfortable patio, good parking, small complex, close to restaurants and shopping, only a few steps to the white sandy beach!

Great place with large sliding doors and big windows. We kept the doors open to the balcony open the whole time. Wonderful breeze from the gulf blowiing through. Will stay there again.

Kitchen and baths have been nicely renovated. The stainless appliances in the kitchen were all smudged and needed to be polished. The cook too was greasy and needed a good cleaning. Walls and doors were scuffed and need painting.

Great location but has a few fixable issues

First of all, the positive. The location is FANTASTIC!!! Right on the beach with a large deck overlooking the gulf and on the top floor. And so many stores and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. The location was perfect, simply put. That said, there were a few items that just be fixed/updated. First, the unit had been painted recently, it seemed but as a result, some of the doors do not shut easily. Get in there and sand them a little. Also, stock your unit!!! There were literally five forks (and the unit sleeps six)!! You also need more cooking supplies, cups and pot holders (there were no pot holders). Also, the windows and glass on the deck desperately need to be cleaned more often. We took windex to both because of how dirty they were. Another thing I would point out is related to TVs in the unit. First, you need to add a TV to the small bedroom. The ad indicates there should be one but there isn't. Second, please spend $20 and mount the TV in the Queen bedroom. It sits way too low on the stand its on (see, these are all small things). Finally, please put some new curtains in the rooms with windows. The thin ones that are in there now do not reach the floor and/or block out any light. It was very annoying for those in our party who don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn. One last comment, and this is out of the condo owner's hands, what is up with the elevators in this building? They creaked and shook so bad that my children and I were walking the stairs by day 2. Those need to be fixed. As for the unit, I would stay there again, it just needs a few updates that could be taken care of very quickly.

Best beach vacation

We loved this condo, especially the balcony and view. It was spotless when we arrived. It did lack a few things that would have been nice, like pot holders and rugs, and better pots and pans, but that didn’t put a dent in our trip. We can’t wait to go again. A great experience!

51st Anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed being at Orange Beach. Celebrating another anniversary with family could not have been better. We had an exceptional view of the Gulf and a short walk to the beach. All went well. We will gladly do this again.

Remodeled condo needs some finishing touches

First the good: Great view and newly remodeled. However, the bad: not up to par and pictures on site do not reflect anything that is correct about this unit. Master bedroom ceiling fan was either on high with light on or off, no way to turn off light or adjust speed. Curtains on window were 2 cheap walmart panels that did not completely cover the window. Exhaust fan in master bath did not work and outlet on right side of the bed did not work. Guest room ceiling fan was on with out light being on, but light came on and off in the middle of the night one night, again no way to turn light on or off or adjust speed of fan. Curtains on these windows did not cover the window by being one foot short at the bottom, and with the sun rising on that side of the building it was quite bright early in the morning. Kitchen did not have can opener or oven mitt, no ice maker in freezer, only 1 small beat up skillet and a couple of pots. Plenty of dishes and plastic cups. But the kicker was the huge wrap around deck with beautiful views and the deck furniture consisted of 2 plastic chairs and 2 plastic small tables, all of which look like they came from Dollar General. Considering the fact the unit sleeps 6, 2 plastic chairs was a joke to have on the deck(also "kitchen" table seats 4 but 3 bar stools at island. ) Ceiling fan in living room was like the others, it was either on with light on and on high speed or off, no way to turn off light or adjust speed. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated with new tile in the condo but they did not complete the remodel with furnishings. Very disappointing, the pictures online were of the condo before remodel and it did need updating from pictures posted but at least it had curtains that covered the windows and more furniture before remodel. We spoke with a property manager with VACASA upon arrival about the electrical issues and the fans and he said he would report it but nothing was done while we were there. Also upon arrival there was dried up food on the kitchen table and on kitchen counters.

Run don't walk! This place is the best!!!

Ok so this unit has been COMPLETELY updated and has new flooring, appliances, bathrooms, etc. Does not have carpeting like the current pics (June 2022). It is top floor, no obstructed view of the gulf, easy to get to the beach, low density, and of course, pet friendly. Unit was VERY clean- my only critiques, if I'm being picky, was that there are certain staples missing since it has been updated like pot holders, and pyrex dishes to make brownies, some basic kitchen items. There is one window that needs to be replaced as it has permanent condensation, and some chairs were broken on the balcony. But that didn't effect our stay in any way! We loved it. We had a water pressure issue one day that was easily resolved by management! They were super responsive. I 10 out of 10 recommend this condo. Oh! and if you are having trouble locking your door when you leave... just google Schlange lock. It's not rocket science.

Great trip!

Location is ideal. It’s right on the beach and close to grocery and restaurants. The unit could use some upgrades and remodeling. The wallpaper in the bathrooms was peeling. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Some of the furniture in the living area is showing its age. All that said we sat on the balcony and watched beautiful sunsets, played on the beach, and had a relaxing wonderful time! We will be back!
