There is no view of the beach and it is in an area that is mixed industrial residential BUT it is on ½ a KM from a major grocery store 1 KM from the beach and 3 ½ KM from downtown Oranjestad. If you are willing to walk a bit, use buses (Stop is at beach. Learn the schedule) and taxis (Always only a few minutes away. Only a bit expensive) you can save hundreds of $ by avoiding a car rental. New owner, Amir and newly renovated with new everything including towels. Amir is always there to help as needed. Great host! But bring your shampoo, etc. (Or buy, prices are not that bad at the grocery store). Best thing I can say is next time we go back we will try to book the same place!

The place turned out ti be more than adequate for our needs. Comfortable and located in a good position considering that we were with a car. The owner has always been pleasantly friendly and helpful. I think we will be back soon.
