We do have 4 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road, one at the entrance to the basement suite, one overlooking the backyard, and one above the garage pointed at the street.
This is a completely private dwelling with its own address, driveway, and entrance. It is a mother in law apartment attached to a home.
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Any smoking must occur at least 25 ft from the property. If this house rule is broken, there will be a $1000 fee.
Our Radiance Retreat does not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Please no animals. There is a severe allergy.
