My home features authentic Spanish architecture with a modern twist. The spacious 3-story layout includes a solarium terrace on the top floor, perfect for soaking up the sun. This 20 m² secluded terrace is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining table with four chairs, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

🏡 Cozy Interiors:
The ground floor features a welcoming living room, a separate dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor utility room.

🛌 Comfortable Bedrooms:
On the first floor, you'll find a large master bedroom with a high-quality double bed and access to a private balcony that enjoys afternoon and evening sun. There's also a smaller bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

🛀🏿 Bathrooms for Everybody:
On the ground floor you will find a compact bathroom featuring a convenient shower, ideal for quick refreshes or cleaning up after a day at the beach. On the first floor a spacious full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower for convenience, and a bidet for added comfort.

🌿 Lush Garden:
The ground floor boasts a beautifully maintained garden with vibrant plants and flowers. Relax in the shaded, covered terrace or dine al fresco in the west-facing courtyard. The garden is furnished with an outdoor dining table, four chairs, a market umbrella, and a pair of comfortable wicker chairs and a sofa for lounging. There's also a small outdoor grill available.

🏊‍♂️ Shared Pool:
Take a dip in the shared, gated pool area located just a few steps from the house. This private residential space is a peaceful retreat with full sun from morning to evening, even in winter months, and is rarely used by others.

🌞 Seasonal Comfort:
Enjoy sunny days throughout the year, with the garden receiving afternoon sun in winter, though the solarium terrace is shaded during those months.

My home is a private year-round residence, thoughtfully and personally decorated. Enjoy the comfort of box spring mattresses, quality bed linens, towels, and well-maintained interiors. The kitchen is fully functional with all necessary utensils and appliances. The house is smoke-free, but smokers are welcome to use the terraces.

Depending on electricity prices and the length of your stay, a fee may be charged. Please feel free to ask.
