New on the rental market, this very spacious 3 bed 2 bath town house is simply ideal for families, golfing groups or even couples away for a holiday!!! What makes this so special, the outdoor space, it's huge!

The ground floor of the property features a large living room to seat up to 6 with full UK TV package and FREE WIFI. There is a dining area for 6 as well a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted to service any party or family meals required. As you walk in there is a glazed in front terrace ideal to sit and read a book or just enjoy the views and garden.

Upstairs the home has a double bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and both bedrooms have private balconies. There is a full family bathroom as well. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIRCON.

THE OUTSIDE, well you enter through the private gate to a huge garden where you can sunbath! Around back there there is a huge ā€œLā€ shape sofa to relax before dining AL Fresco under the stars on the large 8 seat dining table. There is also another stone dining area and more spce for sunbathing as well the BBQ! This home is all about the outside, sunbathing, BBQ's, family and just relaxing. The communal pool is about 100 feet away when you need to cool down. Tehre is an underbuild games area also with a pool table.

This property is near the La Fuente Comercial Center with more than an abundance to choose from in Bars and Restaurants. Anything from Tapas to amazing quisine! There is also two large grocery stores, banks and pharmacies!

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe ā€“ Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Blue Lagoon business area to dine in have a few drinks or the La Fuente Centre a couple of klm's up the road road wit loads of bars and restaurants to choose from, location location location!!!!

Lovely property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The outside space was amazing and the games room was a bonus. The oven, hob and cooking equipment were so good, we love cooking when we're away and we had everything we needed. The property managers were very friendly and efficient, there when you needed them. Overall a superb holiday.

Das Ferienhaus des Grauens

Leider war dass Ferienhaus total dreckig und verschimmelt, die Terrasse war nicht benutzbar verdreckte Liegen die Sitzecke nicht zu gebrauchen. Von den Rest ganz zu schweigen die EingƤnge von den Zimmern zur Terrasse waren nicht nutzbar entweder verbaut oder abgeschlossen. Die untere Dusche total verstopft mit Haaren so das das Wasser aus der Dusche ins Wohnzimmer lief. Dieses sind nur einige MƤngel die wir hier erwƤhnen Es ist von dieser Ferienunterkunft dringend abzuraten da es fĆ¼r mich reine Abzocke am Urlauber ist. Das Ferienhaus entspricht nicht der Beschreibung und die Lage ist genauso Ƥtzend man ist dort wirklich auf ein Auto angewiesen um Ć¼berhaupt irgendwo hin zu gelangen Ich rate jeden von dieser Unterkunft ab, auƟer man mƶchte in einer verdreckten und verschimmelten Ferienhaus wohnen das noch im Innenbereich Video Ć¼berwacht wird ohne Kenntnis der Mieter

La casa es lo que se promete en las fotos, la zona tranquila y el trato con los propietarios sin problemas. Mi Ćŗnica queja es que, aunque el interior de la casa sĆ­ estaba limpio, la zona del patio estaba llena de suciedad y telaraƱas y no pudimos aprovecharlo tanto como nos hubiera gustado.

Un sƩjour agrƩable et revigorant

Nous avons passer 15 jours dans cette villa qui convient parfaitement Ć  4 adultes et 2 enfants, les commerces, les bras et les plages sont Ć  proximitĆ©. Les commerƧants sont accueillants et les activitĆ©s sont perverses, nous recommandons la sortie en mer avec escale sur l ile de tabarca. Nous remercions casey et son Ć©quipe pour sa rapiditĆ© de rĆ©ponse et son Ć©coute. La piscine commune et agrĆ©able et mĆŖme avec le covid les rĆØgles sanitaires so t mise en place. Notre sĆ©jour nous Ć  Ć©tĆ© plus qu'agrĆ©able dans cette super villa.
