Staff is friendly and accommodating. Although the building is dated it is clean and well maintained. I had an enjoyable stay for a very reasonable price. The beds are comfortable and the linen is clean. I'd book there again without hesitation.

I was really happy with the room. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked great and we even got breakfast. Cereal, toast, coffee , tea or juice. The staff was very friendly and we arrived early to Orillia so we were able to check in early!! We will come again!!

The room was way over priced but the water festival and Boots and Heart concert was happening so rooms were hard to get. Therefore they could charge what they wanted. Staff were extremely nice though whichmade for the over charge
