Welcome to Emerald Island Resort, the NICEST private security-gated resort only 4 miles from Disney World- right behind the brand new Margaritaville Resort & Waterpark!

~~ What sets our home-away-from-home apart from other homes in our area is pool and hot tub/spa heat are included in every quote- so no hidden fees. We also start each guest off with the necessities no one likes to buy while on vacation- dish soap, dishwasher tabs, an extra roll of paper towels, new dish cloths, dish towels, a sponge, extra garbage bags, and laundry pods. There is toilet paper in every bathroom, as well as an extra roll or 2. For a typical 7 night stay- there would be no need to buy any of these things!
There are also plenty of linens, bath towels and pool towels for your stay.~~

Why stay in a cramped , busy hotel when you can spend less per night and up to 9 guests can stay together in a clean, comfortable home with a private pool and spa? Our pool is surrounded by mature landscaping which makes it even more private and has great lights for night time swimming. And the spa/hot tub gets nice and hot!

Emerald Island is located in the perfect place in Kissimmee. Close to plenty of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, outlet malls, golf courses, mini golf courses and of course- Disney World.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VEHICLE ACCESS TO THE RESORT: Emerald Island charges a $20.00 fee per vehicle for guests staying on any property within the resort. (this would also apply to overnight visitors) More details/instructions are provided in the Welcome Package sent out after your last payment is made- or approximately 30 days before your trip.**
Surrounded by a conservation area of protected woodlands, Emerald Island Resort is a relaxing, private, safe gated community perfect for the whole family.
There are wonderful walking/biking trails right within the resort.
The Tiki Bar at the main pool has been recently renovated and often offers fun family activities and delicious cocktails- see Clubhouse for hours of operation/events.
Our Villa sleeps 9 comfortably with 2 people in each of the 4 bedrooms. Kids will love seeing Mickey in the Disney themed room with a single over full bunk bed and slide out trundle bed that can sleep 3 children comfortably.
Step into the main master bedroom with ensuite. The pool is only steps away through patio doors. This bathroom also has it's own pool entrance, so no more wet feet through the house.
The Queen Master bedroom is cozy and inviting- and has an ensuite as well.
Traveling with teens or more adults? Our 4th bedroom offers 2 twin beds perfect for all ages. Every bedroom offers a flat screen wall mounted HD TV.

Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home including a kettle, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee pods, and sugar to start your trip.

After a day at the parks, have a refreshing swim in your own private pool, wind down in the hot tub or relax poolside with plenty of chairs and loungers. The fact that our house is higher up than the ones behind us- and the now mature landscaping around the pool -ensures privacy.

Great Stay!!
Property was nice and clean. Danielle was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly. My kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Much better than staying in a boring hotel. Property is within 15 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants.

Great vacation
This property was amazing. Our family have Rented numerous homes over the past 10 years and this was by far the best! Emerald Island resort is a great location for restaurants and entertainment. The community pool is very clean and great lay out The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The little things offered go along way such as numerous beach towels, extra paper towel, Garbage bags, laundry supplies, etc. The homeowners stay connected throughout our stay Very accommodating. I definitely would stay there again. My husband and two daughters age 18 and 20 stayed at this location! Definitely would recommend Thank you for a great week Patricia and Dave PS: We wont forget the evening we were sitting out by the pool and saw an armadillo! The girls were thrilled😊

Highly recommend!
A well-maintained and well-appointed home in the beautiful and peaceful oasis of Emerald Island. The lanai area is actually a lot more private than the photos suggest as the landscaping has grown considerably. Nice furniture, good use of space, a very generous starter kit of household necessities and everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the thoughtful extras like the basket of big fluffy pool towels right by the patio door, the bedside phone chargers and clocks/weather stations. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Easy to arrive and settle in. Quiet neighbors, pool privacy, felt very comfortable here. Our tweenagers were happy and had plenty of personal space. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, containers, utensils, etc. Hosts were very prompt in responding to messages. Clean and gated neighborhood felt very safe. We are very pleased with our stay.

This was the perfect property for our family! The home layout, 1 story with 4 bedrooms, was so convenient for our family with 2 toddlers. We spent some quality time in the heated pool and spa. There's a small playground located a short walk away, just around the corner. Lots of amenities at the house. Owner sent directions and info & was quick to respond when I had a question. We hope to stay again on a future trip!

The home was very clean and cozy. Pool area was great especially after the parks or off days from the parks. Danielle was super nice with easy communication. Pictures of the home are very accurate. A True Home Away From Home
I wish I could give higher than a 5 star. Our family was so happy with how nice this home was, pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and cozy with so much space for everyone. The pool and spa were a perfect way to end long theme park days. The resort location was perfect, so close to everything. It was also very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks throughout the resort and have to say the vegetation around the pool was so nice compared to most homes. So much family privacy. The owner has added so many touches and amenities we didn’t have to get a lot of things we normally would have. Beds were very comfy and the large couch let us all hang out together. The game room was so fun and temperature was great, other listings had comments about it being hot since it is in a garage but we didn’t have that issue at all at this home. Highly recommend!!

Loved this Place!
We had a fantastic vacation staying in this rental house. Danielle was extremely prompt and easy to communicate with. The check-in was flawless, especially since we arrived at 1 AM. The layout was perfect for our two families, four adults and five kids. Super clean and had everything we needed! The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. The garage was also a big hit with our kids, they loved the pool table and air hockey table. Great location, not too far from all of the Disney parks. Walmart is just up the road for groceries. We would definitely love to come back to this beautiful home.

Wonderful Stay
We had such a wonderful time on our stay. It was a perfect location in relation to Disney and a great neighborhood for families with playgrounds a walk away! The heated pool and hot tub were so refreshing, while the landscape offered privacy to enjoy family time. Our littles loved the Mickey room and the game room and had lots of space to play and enjoy movies. Not having to figure out a pack n’ play or high chair is so helpful when traveling with infants and the quality laundry option makes packing lite a breeze. Danielle was so attentive to details from the cleanliness of the house and supplying items to start off our stay to her responsiveness prior to check in and through the whole process. I highly recommend this charming home for your next Orlando or Disney getaway! We hope to visit again soon!

We highly recommend this delightful home! It is a clean and well cared for home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the garage game room added to the fun! In addition, this home is a short distance to all of the area theme parks. An added perk: you can see Disney fireworks if you stand on the sidewalk one house away! We loved staying in this home and would love to come back again. The homeowners were very thoughtful and wonderful communicators. We so appreciate them sharing their home with us as renters! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Vacation Home!
Very clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. Beautiful property. Our family (7 adults & 2 children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The boys (6yrs & 4yrs) loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom & bathroom. Very close to Disney. On our rest days our family enjoyed the playgrounds, mini golf, walking trails, the pool & hot tub, pool table & air hockey. The adults loved the hot tub after long days at Disney. A few adults enjoyed the tiki bar at the resort community area. Shopping & restaurants were close by. Communication with the owner was great & Danielle quickly responded with any questions. We will definitely rent again.
